Vehicle UX|2035 Car & Home Experience Integration

Vehicle UX|2035 Car & Home Experience Integration

Limen is a concept for 2035 that turns the cabin into a room that follows you. It works in both directions. On the way out, the car keeps what matters at home present with yout. On the way back, the interior gradually becomes your own language again. The system reads where you are, and turns that into ambient light and surface, spatial audio, material, scent, and the settings waiting for you at home. Built for Gen Z in 2035, for whom the car may be the last room that belongs to them alone.

The scenarios needed to be seen, not described. With no interior design skill, I built a hybrid workflow: 3D for the things that had to stay consistent, generative AI for everything that only had to be believable once. Base renders from an interior model with a mannequin for blocking, then Magnific to bring in the persona and the world outside the windows.

A Room, Not a Remote

A Room, Not a Remote

Private space is shrinking, and the car is absorbing the difference. Everyone else has treated that as a connectivity problem and stopped at remote control. Limen treats it as a room. Ambient light and surface, spatial audio, adaptive scent, and responsive materials work together to keep home present while you're out, and to turn the drive back into a transition instead of a gap.
